These is a Smithies Sternum Strap. Our Sternum Strap is useful for female firefighters as well as male firefighters where the suspender strap pulls outward. It is 1 wide and is 10" long (15" when not closed) and is attached to one side of the suspenders with a chicago screw (included) and the other end wraps around the other suspender and Velcros into position. Note: Once you receive your Sternum Strap, you'll need to punch a hole in one of your suspender straps at the location best for you. Handcrafted in the USA.
