Customer Loyalty Reward Points

Our Customer Loyalty Program awards you points for each dollar you spend in
our store. These points convert to dollars at 10%. That is, when you spend
$100 you will receive 100 points. The 100 points convert to 10% or $10.00.
In effect, you are receiving a 10% discount. No sign up is required, it's automatic when you are registered and signed into your account. You can check your Reward Points balance anytime by signing into your account and clicking on "View Customer Loyalty Points.
On your first purchase, the points will be awarded but cannot be used for that first purchase. On
your second and subsequent purchases, you will be advised at checkout of the
number of points you have accumulated (you can also check your points in your account at our store) and can apply your points to that particular
purchase. Upon completing your purchase, you will accrue the number of
points associated with that purchase as well, and so on.
You do not have to use any accumulated points for your purchase. You can
save them to accumulate more points for some specific purchase at a later date. Note that
points cannot be used for shipping and sales tax. For example, if you
purchase something for $50.00 with $5.00 shipping and $4.13 in sales tax and
you have accumulated $60.00 in points, then you may only use 50 points for
that purchase and would be responsible for $9.13 for shipping and sales tax.
Disclaimers Etc.- Reward Points on Saddles are one-half of normal (or equivalent to a 5% discount).
- Various other items where the prices have been discounted to a point where an additional 10% discount is prohibitive will have less points issued. When previewing a product detail page the number of points you will receive for purchasing is displayed.
- Reward Points can only be earned for orders placed when you are a registered customer, logged into your account.
- Reward Points are not transferable and have no cash value.
- Reward Points cannot be issued retroactively for prior purchases.

Wholesale customers are not eligible for the Reward Points program.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Reward Points program at any time without notice.
- If a decision is made to terminate the Reward Points program, all unredeemed points will be honored.

Our Reward Point program is void where prohibited and subject to U.S. laws.
We also offer you 100 points for every referral of a new customer who makes
a purchase. Using the "tell a friend" button throughout our site, your
friend can click a referring link which will track your referral points.
